All orders will be packaged up within 24hours of order being received and processed the following day. Please note, any orders received on a public holiday or over the weekend will be processed the next business working day.
All parcels are tracked. Generally, allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural delivery can take bit longer, often around 5 days.

We do ship internationally however you are responsible to pay any taxes or duties on delivery to your country.

- Please wait for a second confirmation email from our team to let you know that your order is packed and ready for pick up.
- Your order will be held aside for collection providing payment has been made in full.
Please note that we are also a physical store. This means that there is the potential for someone to be purchasing an item in our store at the same time you are purchasing online. If this does occur we will give preference to the sale that occurred over the counter as we cannot chase someone down the street! If the unlikely event of this happening we will contact you straight away and organise a refund (or exchange for another item if you wish).
